On August 14, 2014, CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd. ("HED") won the title of "China Most Leading Chip Manufacturer in RFID industry of the Year". This award was released on the award presentation ceremony of "2014 RFID World Contest".
HED is a famous chip design enterprise in China, mainly facing the smart card, Internet of Things and satellite navigation applications. As early as in 2008, the company began to involve in the distribution and development of RFID business area. HED has actively taken part in the establishment of several national standards in RF field and promoted the standard industrialization. Now HED is the only domestic company holding the 13.56MHz/900MHz/2.45GHz technologies at the same time, and has innovatively introduced the safety concept into the design field of UHF tag chip, and become the first enterprise to use the two-way certification mechanism in UHF chip. The company’s serial products based on 13.56MHz/900MHz/2.45GHz band can be used in fields such as anti-counterfeiting trace, asset management, electronic ticket and smart traffic. RFID is a growth industry and HED would endeavor to promote the healthy development of the industry with the industry fellows.
